24k Gold Diamond-Encrusted Hearing Aid

It's about time someone designed something that is prettier for us to wear than a plasic glob that doesn't match anyones skin tone. Hearing impaired or not, I like to look good. Maybe I can't afford the real thing, but what an improvement!!!
